Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY POLICY – HAITI MONDIAL 26

At HAITI MONDIAL 26, we are committed to offering high-quality products. Please read the following Exchange, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

To request an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be clearly identified, including purchase date and order number.
• The product must be new, unused, and in perfect condition.
• If the product packaging has been opened, the item must remain unused and include:
  • Original packaging
  • Labels and tags attached
  • Accessories and manuals (if applicable)
• All returned items must be in good condition.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

• Underwear (including boxers and biker shorts)
• Promotional or discounted products, except when the legal right of withdrawal applies

2. ORDER ERRORS OR QUALITY ISSUES

If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange under the following terms:

• Maximum time to request an exchange: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Exchanges will be processed based on the amount originally paid for the product
• No cash refunds are issued for exchanges; any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method

3. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, please email us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Full name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for exchange

Once your request is reviewed, you may choose one of the following options (when applicable):

• Exchange for a different size or color of the same product
• Refund only when permitted under the Right of Withdrawal

Any applicable shipping or transportation costs will be communicated to the customer during the return process.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 47 of the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), customers may exercise the Right of Withdrawal within five (5) business days following the delivery date.

To exercise this right:

• The product must be returned through the same delivery method used for shipment
• The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with original packaging

Once the product is received and approved after quality inspection, HAITI MONDIAL 26 will initiate the refund.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to the customer’s specifications or personalized items
  (Items with player names and numbers are only returnable in case of manufacturing defects)
• Goods intended for personal use, including:
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
