Please read the following Exchange, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal policies carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. EXCHANGE POLICY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To request an exchange, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be clearly identified, including <strong>purchase date and order number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be <strong>new, unused, and in perfect condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product packaging has been opened, the item must remain unused and include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labels and tags attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories and manuals (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All returned items must be in good condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c Non-Exchangeable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Underwear<\/strong> (including boxers and biker shorts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promotional or discounted products<\/strong>, except when the legal right of withdrawal applies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. ORDER ERRORS OR QUALITY ISSUES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange under the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maximum time to request an exchange:<\/strong> 30 calendar days from the date of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges will be processed <strong>based on the amount originally paid<\/strong> for the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cash refunds are issued for exchanges; any approved refund will be returned to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To request an exchange, please email us within <strong>30 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving your order at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>????<a href=\"https:\/\/haitimondial26.com\/\"><a href=\"mailto:Contacthaitimondial26@gmail.com\">Contacthaitimondial26@gmail.com<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your request is reviewed, you may choose one of the following options (when applicable):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchange for a <strong>different size or color of the same product<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund <strong>only when permitted under the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any applicable <strong>shipping or transportation costs<\/strong> will be communicated to the customer during the return process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with <strong>Article 47 of the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011)<\/strong>, customers may exercise the <strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong> within <strong>five (5) business days<\/strong> following the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise this right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be returned through the same delivery method used for shipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in the <strong>same condition as received<\/strong>, unused, and with original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the product is received and approved after quality inspection, <strong>HAITI MONDIAL 26<\/strong> will initiate the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Right of Withdrawal does <strong>not<\/strong> apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products made to the customer\u2019s specifications or <strong>personalized items<\/strong><br>(Items with player names and numbers are only returnable in case of manufacturing defects)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods intended for personal use, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Underwear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Socks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swimwear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
